What we collect

When you request a quote or submit a claim, we collect the information you give us: your name, contact details, vehicle information, purchase price, and any documents you send with a claim. We also collect basic technical information about your visit, such as pages viewed and device type.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, issue and administer coverage, process claims, and respond to your questions. We may contact you about your quote or policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with our underwriter, Peace Hills General Insurance Company, and with the dealer, broker, adjuster, or repair facility involved in your policy or claim, only as needed to deliver the service. Service providers who work on our behalf are bound by confidentiality obligations.

How we protect it

Personal information is stored on secured systems in Canada, with access limited to staff who need it. We keep records only as long as required for the policy, the claim, and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or withdraw consent to marketing contact at any time. Some requests may affect our ability to provide coverage.
